Hey there, I’m Alex — The Love Engineer.

Ten years ago, I was a mechanical engineer who realized there was a disconnect between what I was taught and what was true when it came to love.  I was fed up with dead-end dating,  and disappointing relationships.   I’m a smart, successful, beautiful woman — I knew I was a catch. 

So why weren’t great men attracted???

Curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to find out why some smart successful sistas had the love of their life, while other smart women couldn’t get a date to save her life.  I wondered what kept relationships hot and steamy, while others were as stale as month-old popcorn. I used my background in mechanical engineering to apply scientific methods to matters of the heart. 

What I discovered was, like you and most other powerhouse women, I was raised to be independent. I was taught to keep my mind on the books, not the boys. 

And while following the rules and being the “nice girl” helped get me where I am today, it was zero help beyond the boardroom.  I had learned how to do everything except, love and be loved by a great man.  As successful women, we were accidentally trained to dim our feminine traits instead of letting them shine. That helps us play ball with the big boys in the office, but leaves our love lives lacking.  Then we start blaming the failure to connect with quality men on intimidation and not really ever uncovering the truth which causes many women to settle for Mr. Ridiculous instead of attracting Mr. Right for her...

But, I believe we can have it all. What started as a journey to satisfy my own curiosity,led to a desire to help other successful women and the men who LOVE us overcome limiting beliefs and improve their love lives. 

It’s time to say “no” to dimming down our sexuality. No more dialing back the seductive tigress inside of us all… No to proving our worthiness as partners by being like the boys.

I know first-hand the problems powerhouse women face when dating. I’ve overcome my own limiting beliefs, shifted my heart, and learned how to connect with my own femininity and attract in great loving relationships with wonderful men.  

And now I’m here to help you do the same thing. 

Through live events, relationship games, and my Lover In Training (L.I.T.) program, I show you how to bust through those barriers holding holding you back because I know what it’s like to succeed “in a man’s world” and yet have no clue how to be loved in it. 

You don’t have to dumb down Doctor, you don’t have to play small Lawyer or settle for men who aren’t on your love level smart woman.  I hear you,. I see you.  And I’m here to help you be as successful in love as you were in the lab.
